Meet our staff and trustees.

Richard and Maureen are now in their early 80s and in order to relieve them of much of the day-to-day administration of the Trust, and to prepare for the next twenty years of growth, the Board of Trustees has appointed Fabio Bonfante to fulfil the role of CEO.

Fabio has been known to Richard in a professional capacity for at least seven years and is seen as part of the ‘next generation’ of the Trust’s custodians. Fabio brings to the role considerable management and administrative experience in addition to extensive IT skills. Since taking up his role, he has transformed the internal workings of the Trust and is establishing new relationships with our partner institutions. Fabio is also preparing the groundwork for the next phase of development of the Trust’s objectives. These are to increase postgraduate funding and to provide high-quality, affordable housing for postgraduate students.
